In areas such as plan governance, we organize, participate in, and report to pension committees, provide assistance with regulatory documentation and conduct periodic reviews.
We assist in the formulation of a communication plan via regular plan member group communication sessions, provide personal employee consultations both via telephone and/or in person and work with the administrator to provide member newsletters and plan updates.
For each member, we provide risk tolerance measurement, individual pension forecasting, retirement benefit design and settlement and exit and or termination services.
